Sustainability

Keep it
in use

The most sustainable garment is the one that already exists. Everything we do is designed to extend the life of clothing — and to be honest about the parts that are still hard.

Nothing wasted

Every garment we buy follows one of four routes.

  1. 01 →

    Resell

Pieces that pass grading are cleaned, repaired and listed online or in store.

  2. 02 →

    Repair

Anything fixable goes to the studio: zips, seams, darns, resoles and re-proofing.

  3. 03 →

    Rework

Damaged denim and canvas becomes patches, tote bags and repair stock.

  4. 04 →

    Recycle

What can't be worn is sorted by fibre and sent to textile recyclers — never landfill.

Packaging

Shipped in what we have

Orders go out in recycled mailers or reused boxes from our buying trips. No plastic hangers, no tissue, no printed inserts you'll throw away.

What's still hard

Shipping and synthetics

Buying internationally means freight. We consolidate shipments and buy locally wherever we can.

Synthetic fibres are difficult to recycle. We keep polyester and nylon pieces in circulation as long as possible and work with recyclers who can process blends.
